Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Products and Quality

All perfumes sold by SHAMOO are brand new and delivered in their original manufacturer packaging. We feature collections from well-known houses like Lattafa, Afnan, and Armaf.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for details.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for unopened items with the original seal intact within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. Eligible return shipping is free. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for complete details.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SHAMOO or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

SHAMOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
