Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags and seals intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Personalized or specially requested items
  • Sale or clearance items unless defective

Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
  • FPX / E-Wallet: Refunded to the original payment account

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is covered by us
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization within 24 hours.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address provided.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Returns FAQ

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
